@ SpeedyPC,

OA does.  I use OA Premium.  I'm not sure if the Free version has it also, but I think it does, and I use XP as well.  I can monitor IP addresses, speed (up/download), country or origin, etc.).  It is in a separate toolbar from the OA GUI.
