Okay and as I said I would just turn off the UAC but I get that annoying red X stating to me that it is off.

Ccleaner is the best and safest cleaning tool to use.
Did you go to msconfig/tools?, disable UAC, reboot, if you've done that and your still getting msg you can go to security centre in control panel and disable the warning msg.

Rock on! Just had to rid of the warning message. Kinda like a bypass but UAC doesnt really need to be on. Thank you again so much

One more thing is CCleaner a registry cleaners?? I can run CCleaner then AML Registry and they both delete items invalid.

CCleaner has a registry cleaning section in it, see image, click the Scan for Issues button to start it.

You should always have a rummage round the interface of software you install to get the best out of it you have to know what it has to offer
