I am experiencing a problem with the Antispam component of the Internet Security Suite. The toolbar in Outlook 2007 shows, and can be used, but the Antispam module is not actually scanning any emails. In the user-interface it says "Running". The Mail Shield works and it can scan emails. The account has SSL/TSL disabled, and uses POP/SMTP. The Antispam component works fine with Outlook 2010 (trial). I also have this problem on my other machine which is Windows 7 32-bit.
Things I have already tried: repairing the program in the Control Panel, uninstalling and reinstalling the Antispam part, and even uninstalling and reinstalling the whole program. (This is how I performed the uninstall: First, I uninstalled avast in the control panel, then booted into safe mode and ran the Removal Tool, then rebooted again.)
