We need more information.

1) Whats your Operating system

2)What is the virus called

3) Where is it located (full path)

4) any other information you can give us

Hi,

a) google is your friend:
http://www.google.de/search?hl=de&ie=UTF-8&q=digfilt.dll&meta=

b) try Onlinescanners Trend, RAV & KAV to assure it's not a "false alarm"

c) please read link "VirusRemoval" below and try SPYBOT, AD-Aware & SPYBOT

 ;)

Please
- post a hijackthis-Log ( http://hjt.klaffke.de/en ) and
- report what Onlinescanners Trend, RAV & KAV say to the file (with avast shield paused)
- secure your Browser -> Disable activeX & scripting
(See "Virusremoval" below)
