Avast IS licence file validity

Hi,Everybody!I have from today Avast IS,but my old Avast Pro Licence file is still valid.More several days.But is the new licence file valid from date to installation to Avast  IS,or validity is fixet,for example : 5.12.2010-5.12.2011?

That means, after the old Avast Pro licence file run out,the new is valid from the date form installation of Avast IS?

No, the validity of the license is encoded in the license file itself (if you open it as a text file, you can find it inside). So it doesn't matter when you insert it, the expiration date will always be the same.

I Open the licence file with notepad and.....:
# License creation date: Dec 5, 2010
#
Issued=1291546099

#
# License expiry date: <never expires>
#
ValidThru=0

#
# Update license expiry date: Dec 5, 2011
So,if I activate IS ex.in 15.12.2010,nevermind,the validat licence is the same... :-[ :'( But this is a little thoughtless,because,it this moment if I do not have a internet connection?

that means your license is already activate..uninstall pro & install Internet Security unless the day will be loss  ;)
