Difference with Licence?

I have a question my friend asked me about.
He asked whats the difference between

OEM License &
Standard License?

Hi RobNyc,

 OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer and is exclusive to manufacturers and the like only. Examples would be Windows 7's license in an Acer laptop.
 Standard license applies to both (some) commercial and other end-users (consumers, educational institutions, etc).
