Problem with the unistall

Hello.
Sorry if the section is not the right...
Where can I download the folder "setup"Avast 4.0? Where can I find it? I can not uninstall the program without that. It's a problem for me, because Avast me block the installation of other programs.
Sorry for my bad English, I am Italian.
