Since installing my Avast 5.0.677 my Magicjack won't work on any of my machines

After the installation and talking to an avast tech who I allowed into all 3 of my machines my magicjack will only allow me to hear who I call, the other party can't hear me. I've been on the magicjack tech line for hours trying everything they suggest. Any help will be appreciated

Have you checked the most easiest thing?
Is the microphone selected as input device en is the slider up?

Are you using a router? Did you make any changes to your router's firewall? Last time I had this problem it was related to the routers firewall
