Is't there any way to keep the scumbags that think they can sell anything, off this forum?

Try "report to moderator" at the bottom right of each post. Giving and receiving information is what this forum is for. But we can have some fun once in a while as long as it is not derogatory or mean.
Dell Inspiron, Win10x64--HP Envy Win10x64--Both systems Avast Free v17.9.2322, Comodo Firewall v8.2 w/D+, MalwareBytes v3.0, OpenDNS, Super Anti-Spyware, Spyware Blaster, MCShield, Unchecky, Vivaldi Browser and, various browser security tools.

Well neither of them lasted long after posting 8 posts each, these are quickly seen and dealt with, but there is nothing that is close to this being a huge problem.

All forums get spam, especially those that are very popular, but we can stop bots trying to do this up to a point, but you can't stop a human registering, sitting dormant for a little while and then posting.

Being a support forum you don't want to make posting so difficult as to make it almost impossible for people to seek help. So there has to be a reasonable balance and pro-active users using the report to moderator links in the posts. Done report each and every one just one for each different user/spammer, so as not to swamp/spam the moderators inbox.
