Hi why do i keep getting this upgrade add and i try to upgrade the free avast they keep trying to charge me i been a avast customer for a long time never had any problem before thank Pierre

Pierre, avast does not try you to upgrade to the paid version.
It is just warning you to upgrade to the free 5.1 version as old ones (4.8 version) will be dropped in next months.
