Probably because it's a more secure browser to start with.:)

I use AdBlock and Browser Button for AdBlock:
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/gighmmpiobklfepjocnamgkkbiglidom
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/picdndbpdnapajibahnnogkjofaeooof

Thanks for that YoKenny ;D your legend.

What I don't fully understand and why chrome.google.com doesn't show very many extensions security add-on ??? is it because the features are to early to known available for Chrome users ???

Thanks for that YoKenny ;D your legend.

You're welcome.  :)

I had to go hunting under Extensions:
https://chrome.google.com/webstore?category=ext

I tried typing adblock into the search area.

There are more items there than you can shake a stick at.

@ Speedypc: try these >>> NotScripts, BetterPopupBlocker, Ghostery

https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/odjhifogjcknibkahlpidmdajjpkkcfn
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/nmpeeekfhbmikbdhlpjbfmnpgcbeggic
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/mlomiejdfkolichcflejclcbmpeaniij

I stopped using ad-blockers in Chrome as they're slowing down the browsing (especially this one: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/gighmmpiobklfepjocnamgkkbiglidom - adblock ). Most ads are blocked when blocking scripts so... if you want you can also add a flash blocker. Well I don't use it, just a suggestion: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/gofhjkjmkpinhpoiabjplobcaignabnl

You could spend almost a lifetime checking out Chrome ad-ons or extensions ;)

I only use Chrome on my XP Pro system and it does not slow down browsing.  8)

You'll want a Windows 7 system after you see it.  ;D

By the way it comes with Windows XP Mode that comes as a separate download:

The extra $80.00 for that feature was not worth it for me.

XP Mode is already in the Pro & Ultimate version and I aware it not avaliable in the Home Version unless they wanted to pay extra $80.00 for that feature, and beside I'm not ready just yet to grab it ;D ;D ;D

Hey Speedy !

Maybe this post will be helpfull to you...

I made the switch cause i love Chrome's speed and the clean GUI. I don't care about mouse gestures, never used them and probably never will. The Gmail Checker Plus extension is just fine IMO and i never had any problems with it. For password manager i use LastPass anyway(just like i did on FF), syncing bookmarks and settings works fine for me so far, never had a problem with it. Since Pol isn't here to give us his usuall list of security extensions, for those of you that are on Chrome and want to try some security and privacy extensions, here are some security and privacy extensions i came across in my searches(i use some of them myself):

NotScripts
Better Pop Up Blocker
AdBlock
Ghostery
NOREF
Secbrowsing
Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on
Click&Clean
KB SSL Enforcer
BitDefender QuickScan
FlashControl
Encrypt the Cloud
Google Secure Search over SSL
