use filezilla client for uploading on ftp
If java had true garbage collection, most program would delete themselves upon execution

What does the Subscription page show in your avast?
(namely the customer number)

Yes, that's the old one... should end in -124.
What if you use the License resend form - do you get the new one?

nope, the resent license still says its invalid... >:(

no, the customer number in the license u sent me is diff than the one i have in my avast. what i think is that when my 1st license was refunded perhaps both the old license and my new license wer disabled?

No, I loaded your (new) license into avast! and it worked without any problems...

It's certainly not how it's supposed to work, but what if you manually replace the file I mentioned in the first post (that's where the license is copied once you "insert" it into the program) with this new one?
It might be necessary to disable the self-defense to do that.

hmm, that seems to have done the trick, perhaps a major bug in avast itself with the license acceptance? it seems to have a bug where its not accepting new licenses :-\
