Started getting this message today. No recent system changes

avast! has detected a secure connection from your mail program(processs Skype.exe) to the POP server 70.234.190.8 (sbcglobal.net

I use OUTLOOK for email, I have gmail and yahoo as well, and I do use Skype but not for email

Any ideas appreciated

Is it possible that Skype is using one of the email ports that would normally be monitored by the mail shield ?

I am seeing the same message on one of my customer's machines
Windows XP SP4.
running skype version 5.0.0.152
Avast Program version: 5.0.677
Avast Virus Definition version: 110108-0

Any word what this might be?
