I recently won an Internet Security license in the Winter Promo Marketing contest (it was on facebook). It was working great at first, and then I had to run a factory reset on my computer. I was told that if I reinserted the license file it would still be valid and that it would just pick up where it left off. I did insert it, and the interface and all the program data says "Internet Security", and the help is even the help for Internet Security, but none of the features installed. The firewall is missing as well as the sandbox and antispam/site blocker. Does anyone have any advice?
