sometimes avast finds viruses but cant clean and says avast will restart your computer.we say ok this message but avast cant find this virus with backscan ( before windows started)
you may record tihs file which is virus and when avast stars backgroung scan it must be clean this file before the other file's scan.the reason of this problem may occur that avast cant do heuristic scanning in backgroung scaning,thus avast cant find virus or rootkit.
