everytime i tryed to a virus scan it will run for a bit the n after 1% it goes to blue screen saying it beginning physical memory dump and i restart and the computer runs fine but only when i scan should i be giving a like a free year of pro or something for this since it avast is not detecting a threat
? i don't have a win xp disc or anything so I'm screwed
my comp specs are : dell latitude d610 winXP pro sp3 1 gig ram Intel ped m and thats all i know i never had a problem with avast till i put it on my girlfriends laptop please help me
