Use the Additional Options in the Reply part of the post to 'Attach' the complete log file to your post. This makes it much easier on you not having to post many, many posts for the log and more important makes it easier for exxexboy to read the information contained in the log.

No need to check - lets kill it,  Attaching is an easier option  ;)

Run OTL
  • Under the Custom Scans/Fixes box at the bottom, paste in the following

    Quote
    :OTL
    IE - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings: "ProxyEnable" = 1
    IE - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings: "ProxyOverride" = <local>
    IE - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings: "ProxyServer" = http=127.0.0.1:8074
    O4 - HKCU..\Run: [aktlrorc] C:\Users\James\AppData\Local\Temp\aqoeicqmn\hnpholrlajb.exe ()
    [2010/10/17 23:50:37 | 000,000,120 | ---- | C] () -- C:\Users\James\AppData\Local\Wgawagarobifamav.dat
    [2010/10/17 23:50:37 | 000,000,000 | ---- | C] () -- C:\Users\James\AppData\Local\Ttinolal.bin

    :Files
    ipconfig /flushdns /c

    :Commands
    [purity]
    [resethosts]
    [emptytemp]
    [EMPTYFLASH]
    [CREATERESTOREPOINT]
    [Reboot]

  • Then click the Run Fix button at the top
  • Let the program run unhindered, reboot the PC when it is done
  • Open OTL again and click the Quick Scan button. Attach the log it produces in your next reply.

Unfortunately you saved that as a unicode file could you resave it as ANSI - you should have no problems running programmes now

Sorry, but these files must be sent to Avast, and so it turns out you just deleted them. Whatever the future of other people to become infected (
