thanks, i'll keep this topic as resolved. With reference to WD, i know avast is far better than WD, yet i keep it because it notifies u when some drivers,services are added/modified, if a new startup entry is added etc. i tried winpatrol but dint like it. this s the only reason i stick to WD  ;D
if u have any other programs of this sort, u can suggest me..then i can bid goodbye to WD :D  ;) :D

i tried winpatrol but dint like it.
WinPatrol is way better than WD!

WD does not do:
