the FIND part will work,

but I'm not sure whether a dos-prog will perform  the write access, i.e. remove Malware under NTFS-filesystem (WIN NT/2000/XP) properly (without additional tools)

To cooperate doesn't mean make everything.
F-Prot uses both AV (Win + Dos).
If the windows is not working,it could help.
