Hello
I have AIS. Is it possible to have more definitions updates on a daily basis, not only two?

No.
The virus database is the same.. so you get the same definitions I'll get.

When required there are more, yesterday I believe there were three, in the past I have had as many as 5 in a day, there is no fixed schedule though it tends to be two a day.
