Avast has found 28 infected file's what do I do now? Not good with computer's :(

I just run a full system scan as my friend thought I was sending her a virus over fb, Avast has now found 28 infected file's
I'm not very good with technology.....what is it that I must do now to get rid of these file's or virus????

PLEASE HELP! :-(

Where are these files now? Are they in the Virus Chest?

Please list some examples if the files found by Avast.
