If you ever feel like spending a bit of time going through the various posting of logs and running fixes for the current problem computer, you can come back to this thread at any time.
It's slightly time consuming, involving installing a couple of things, scans, posting logs, waiting (time zone differences etc) for a response/fix, but is usually successful, and you tend to learn a bit.
