a good reg cleaner that i use, and have never given me any problems is this
it does automatic back up just in case

Does anyone know do I have to run the MSE Removal Tool in the Safe Mode or in the Normal Mode?

Best to run it in safe mode after you have deleted mse through add remove program's first. Then it's a good idea to run ccleaner.
