Cant renew my av, help.

hi all, i have recently sent a ticket about this yet i still wait on reply and with hours to go my av is due to expire. my avast pro av renew and save 30% link in the user interface doesnt connect me to renew my license it says that i can get 1 year protection for up to 3 pc`s, just what i want. but when i click on the link nothing happens, i have tried to go to avast site direct but theres nothing there for that deal,  please help for any solutions.

It appears that you have an Avast Pro 4.0 license. 

How to convert Avast 4 Pro License Key to 5 Pro License File:
http://www.avast.com/resend-license.php.  Make sure you use the same email as you used to register for the 4.0 license.

What version did you download and install just now?

The only "deal" for a 3-year PC protection is for the AIS (Avast Internet Suite), which has the antivirus with the firewall...not the Avast Pro alone.  If you have another site with this "deal," please post it here for us to see.
