Smart Internet Protection and Find Gala

I was first infected with Smart Internet Protection 2011 which seems to have been removed with multiple scans by Avast and Malwarebytes.  Now when I use internet explorer I get redirected to findgala.  Nothing seems to be working.  Please help!

Reading the google hits on "findgala" this seems to be a bitch to remove...

To avoid using multiple post with copy and paste you have to attach the log`s
Lower left corner: Additional Options > Attach ( OTL.Txt. / Extras.Txt / Malwarebytes scan log )
