Email scan problem - where are the files?

newbie alert....

Hello, I'm a relatively new user of avast and now I have a problem.

I've been using Avast for months with no problem.  But I was sent some .mht files, and Avast decided they were bad.  They weren't, and I need them.  They are content for a web site I'm trying to get live asap.

Here is the message:
====
Suspicious extension(s) of attachment
 * Overview Economy.mht
Content-Type doesn't correspond with attachment's extension
 * Overview Economy.mht - message/rfc822
Suspicious extension(s) of attachment
 * Economy.mht

The list of sender and recipents follows this.

I can't find what Avast did with those files, nor where to tell it to let them through.

I suspect I'm just missing something, since I'm really tired.  So feel free to laugh when you point out the obvious. ;)

It is just a warning from the e-mail heuristics. It notifies you that such a file can potentially be dangerous.
The action depends on what you selected in the dialog; if you clicked "Continue", the files were sent as usual. If you clicked "Don't send", they were not, of course.

oops.

It looks like I deleted them without realizing what they were when I was prompted by the dialog.

Definitely need more sleep.
