about mail shield

My avast! mail shield can not scan my mail client,like windows live mail.The number of email scanned always 0,why?

where do you have your mail account.....hotmail / Gmail / yahoo mail  ?

@yarin,

What Pondus asked was which email provider/server you have, not the source of your stat numbers.

Anyway, try following https://support.avast.com/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=842&nav=0, but of course take into account that the specific data shown in that example is for a specific email provider/server, so you may have to adjust it for your specific case.
