Transferring Avast to another HDD

My HDD is starting to fail. I want to do a clean install of Win7 onto a new HDD.
I have my license recorded for the pro version.
Is there a deactivation of Avast or can I just install it again on the new install (same PC)

No deactivation needed. Just save the license file to a usb drive, then you just re-insert the license after you get Avast! set up on your new install.
