In both the case i allowed to run the program. But i am using this two software from years and no warning uptill now....... So what is the problem suddenly???????

I am guessing you have been messing with the settings?

The behavior shield is currently set to allow by default until it is running properly. You will only see the Behavior shield alert (orange alert) if you have changed it to ask.

well its been set to ask from the very begining and no notification uptill now. I am wondering what happened suddenly? Is it possible some malware corrupted those two software suddenly? But my MBAM and SAS both reported my system is clean..........

I've never had the behavior shield alert me for anything (always wondered how well it worked) until couple of weeks ago.  I don't recall changing any settings there.  Possibly the new build is more sensitive?  My alerts have been good programs as well and not anything odd or new.

I see many items in Behavior Shield in the Trusted processes as I have selected Action to take to Ask on my XP Pro system.

You have to bear in mind, the behavior shield is always improving (I think some imporvements can come via the VPS updates)

Also, it may only have been just recently that you do something with the program that avast feels it needs to check with an alert.

Yes, as the Virus Definitions update also includes Engine updates, so is entirely possible.

Add the program to trusted processes.

It just shows that the whitelisting of safe applications needs to be improved so the behavior shield does not pick them up in the first place.
