Hi, Avast discoverd 20 files infected while avg found 9. Mcaffee found 3!!!
So I tried repairing the one that avast found and not a single one was repaired. The messages:

Error occured during file repair:file is not packed
Error occured during file repair:acces is denied
Error occured during file repaired: the file was not repaired

The question: what sould I do next! :o

Thanks for answering me,

Here is the log file of events:
The version I have is the Home one and was installed today
My Os is XP home and is up to date

Question : I ran AVG for 1.5 year and here are the results. Can somebody explaine to me why there is so much difference in virus softwares? :-\

Thanks again!

More info will lead to more accurate help. What files are infected, with what, what are theyre locations, what os are you using, what version of Avast, what vps version?

Welcome to the forums first.

Second would be "Don't Panic"

Third would be you are (hopefully) not running 3 anti-virus programmes at the same time.

Fourth would be ....... more info please about your operating system, names of files identified and location, which anti-virus identified them?
