Hello,

can somebody tell me if it is possible to make automatic updates from a server with small business server 2003 to the client witch have Windows XP pro????

Hi,

are you talking about the possibility to mirror the updates on the SBS and then fetch the updates from the server instead of the Internet?

Are you asking because the workstations generally don't have Internet access?

No, not exactly.

I want something that make updates like the SUS from Microsoft. That mean that the update happened first on the server and then on the client, and that the client couldn't stop the updates not like AVG.

Hmmm, I don't understand what you mean, sorry.

Aren't we both talking about the same thing?

Normally, updating is like this:


                   Internet
                /        |       \
               /          |        \
           SBS    Client1    Client2


What you want is

                   Internet
                         |
                         |
                       SBS
                   /           \
                 /              \
           Client1        Client2
                 

Or not?
