It could be a false alarm, but anyway you can disable and enable the Systemrestore of ME and the "Virus" is gone. Here a link how to do it:
http://vil.nai.com/vil/SystemHelpDocs/DisableSysRestore.htm
Some infos on Redlof: http://www.virusbtn.com/resources/vgrep/vgrep.cgi?terms=REDLOF&product=1

FMI: Do you update your Windows regular by using the Windows update funktion?( There is a bug with the Systemrestore if i remember correctly)

I cannot write msg to Microsoft NG for help.
I've read your suggests,I can disable the system Restore and reboot (can reboot creates problems ?).

But I cannot read the solution "ALWIL VBS:REDLOF",
because is not selectable... Why ?
Thanks in advance,regards rolando.

Ah, now i understand what you asking.
Vgrep is a fantastik "tool"  to see what kind of name different AV-Firms give the same Malware. And it offers you to redirect you to a Description of that Malware  AV-Firm write for it, *but* only if the Company offers one. So Avast does not have a (hugh) virusencyclopaedia so there is nothing to direct to. If you want a description, choose one of the other Firms. Trend/Sophos/Mcafee often offer such things.

I have Disabled SR and reboot.

Please enable it again, sometimes it can solve trouble instead of producing it!:)
BTW: Update your Windows.

My English is not so good. I could read only red characters then I couldn't get everything.
Now I understand "why" Alwil was not selectable.
Maybe my problem is related to a try of Sysclean AV.
Maybe this AV leave a "pattern" in SR files if it isn't
disabled. Avast!4 Resident Protection alerted me for
this virus (yesterday).I thought it was a false alarm.
I hope it's everything finished .
Thanks a lot,rolando.

Hi,
I'm still fine. Again thanks for your help.
I write to inform that I could not read the answers on a white background I read only these RED (!) lines >>>
 http://vil.nai.com/vil/SystemHelpDocs/DisableSysRestore.htm
 http://www.virusbtn.com/resources/vgrep/vgrep.cgi?terms=REDLOF&product=1

But It was enough !

Thanks a lot,regards ,Rolando
