My personal favorite is the "Redneck" pack (can be found in the drop-down list of "themed languages").
I'm a great fan of Jeff Foxworthy  ;)

I'll have to try the Canadian one EH!

I removed all the sounds from the Custom Folder in C:\Programdata\Sounds\Custom     I put some of the old avast 4.8 sounds in it. xD

but if I change to zip, extract, rename the file, re-zip then it doesn't work (i.e. it just uses the default sounds)

You are getting the last two steps wrong, I guess? Should rezip first and then rename to *.avastsounds, not the other way round. Also not entirely clear what are you actually doing, what do you mean by rename the file? Are you actually changing some *.wav files inside the archive or what's the purpose of your excercise?

Hi everyone,

Ondrej thank you for announcing it on Forum. :)

Beside a Polish "Bareja" (obviously funny only for Polish native speakers :) a read-neck is my favourite one  ;D

Regarding an audio page. We are still adding some features to the website. Currently visitors can only download a sound pack, however soon it will be possible also to play it directly on the website. We will also add a special form, so people can upload their own recordings. Least but not last, we will record and add more audio. Once it is fully working we will be promoting this page more on our Facebook and Twitter, so our users can have some fun and enjoy new audio skins.

We will keep you posted!

Have a great day and weekend!

J.

doktornotor, I was trying to see whether it was just soundpacks I made or any...seems that any soundpack I make is ignored...will test later, messing with lasers at the moment ;)

Finally realised what I was doing wrong...kept adding an extra folder which messed things up ;D

Now there is a new tutorial on how to create your own custom soundpacks:
