False positives

I've gotten warning from a couple of apps that shouldn't be flagged.  One is WordZap, a game.  The other is MetaX, a movie tagging program that I wrote (so I know it's clean).  Is there someway to get these so they don't report as a problem?

What kind of warning? Please describe your problem in more detail, not really obvious what you are talking about.
