I don't believe there is, there is no means in the avast free version to import any blocking list, they have to be entered individually. I'm not sure if there is such an import function in the paid versions either.
Windows 10 Home 64bit/ Acer Aspire F15/ Intel Core i5 7200U 2.5GHz, 8GB DDR4 memory, 256GB SSD, 1TB HDD/ avast! free 24.2.6105 (build 24.2.8918.824) UI 1.0.799/ Firefox, uBlock Origin, uMatrix/ MailWasher Pro/ Avast! Mobile Security

Blacklist import/export is definitely a good feature request. Should be easy to implement as well.  ;)

Too many host files, AND or block lists, installed on your pc/browser, can slow things down quite drastically. I have 1 host file loaded to SB S&D, and the other is loaded off board in AdBlock Plus (malware domains). This combo has sped things up quite quickly.
