Cannot login to ADNM

Please your help. We cannot login to ADNM.

Appear the following message:

No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.
Unable to login as Administrator or connection error.

Login user and password are correct, no firewall and there is connection to machine with AMS.

try to restart the service on the ADNM server itself.

The built-in Administrator account is hidden from Welcome Screen when a user account with Administrator privileges exists and enabled. In Windows XP Home Edition, you can login as built-in Administrator in Safe Mode only. For XP Professional, press CTRL + ALT + DEL twice at the Welcome Screen and input your Administrator password in the classic logon window that appears.

To have the Administrator account displayed in the Welcome Screen, try one of these methods: ;D >:(

Hi asi,

after restart you PC ADNM wait for a while, then try to login again.
if this problem still happen you can go to AMS (Avast Management Service) delete all database then recreate the database.

restart your PC again and wait for 3-5 minute until the service works

Asi, if the Service is running (and stays running!) that's a good sign. If it runs, then stops, it usually means that the license file isn't being found or is out of date.

When you aren't able to log in and the service is running consistently, you should have something in your event log as to why it won't let you log in.

Check that and see if there's anything related to the avast management service and report back.

Did you try logging in with the default Administrator account?

Today I had the same problem.

I opened the SQL management studio -> avast db -> user table, then I made "blank" the administrator password.
After that I was able to login.
