turning off webrep dialog after start-up

Hi,
I do not want Webrep, how can I turn off the dialog that appears always after Windows start-up? I clicked to disable or not enable Webrep maybe ten times and it always pops up again and it becomes quite annoying, I am considering going back to avast 5.

i also didn't install webrep. and i'm not getting any additional dialogs.
