What is going to happen is you're going to get millions of click happy human people with opinions premised upon no sort of logic or knowledge helping google to censor the www. Just this morning on these threads someone reported something as "spam" when in fact it was simply
off topic. It's since been deleted but people and logic don't always mix.
What happens if one reaches a result in their search from the wb that is off topic? Is it spam? And says who? Some human without a clue?
