I have the very same problem as the OP. Does the fact there is no action to perform mean that the files were blocked before they got on to my PC, meaning no infection? and are they safe to be kept in there?, or do I need to perform anymore actions to make sure? ???...

If this is the webshield, the fact that it is listed in the log means that it was stopped before eraching your pc.
The only option is to abort the connection, so anything that ends up in that log has been aborted...

As previously said, it is the action column that causes confusion...

Thanks for the reply Scott. So to clarify, the scan log is just a record of blocked URL connections, and the virus/malware they were carrying?, not an infection on my PC. Nothing to worry about?...
