Please, zip and upload the C:\Windows\Memory.dmp file to this anonymous ftp server and name it uniquely: ftp.avast.com/incoming.  Avast will analyze it and respond back to you in this thread or to your email.
Can you zip that file and send it to the link quoted above?  It will go to Avast.  This is the Avast forum.

MBAM is clean...good.

I notice you are using IE7...not good since there are many security holes.  You really should upgrade to at least IE8.  You may also want to check the rest of your software with free Secunia Sofware Inspector http://secunia.com/vulnerability_scanning/personal/ which will give you the vendor's download link if you need to patch or upgrade something.  Most of us here scan our machines weekly since software changes so often.

To run MBAM, you need to update prior to running a scan every time.  The fact that you cannot see a link is a problem.  Have you tried a different browser to see if you can see the links I provided?

Did you check my new minidump files I posted on page 1, at the bottom?

Yes, but these dump files need to go directly to Avast.  I will alert them another way since you cannot.

In the meantime, please try to view the links in another browser and let me know if you can view them.

I tried also with Opera and it does nothing with the link, it hangs.
With IE7 it says, "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage"

Yes please alert them about. Even if it work, I still wouldn't know how to zip them. lol

I alerted Avast, so you should hear something in the thread in the next day or so.

Have you kept your machine updated with MS/Windows Updates?

Yes. I also had IE8, but it was kind of buggy, so I went back to IE7.

I really appreciate your kind help on this matter.

How was it "buggy?"  There are lots of security holes that were patched between IE 7- IE8.

Do you do MS/Windows Updates?

OK.  You can work on that while we wait for Avast's response.

FYI - when you reach 20 posts, you can add your Signature to your Profile.
- Go to PROFILE on the top of the main forum page > Modify Profile > Forum Profile Information > Signature.   Enter information about your system like the Operating System (OS), RAM, browser, security software, what version and product of Avast and firewall you use and other items you wish to mention.  See my signature or others as an example.  The purpose of this is so that we can offer pertinent advice.  Thank you.  :)
