I'm a computer subject teacher in Malaysian government school. Can I use Free Edition Antivirus in our school computer lab?

It is only free for Home and Non-commercial use (includes non-profit organisations, etc.) and both apply.

As Vladimyr mentions you would probably be able to obtain a education discount.
