Not for everyone. I generally like it, but some parts of the design look a bit out of place an some outright ugly (aliasing on borders and the min/max/close block). Not to mention bugs like not dropping rounding in maximized state, rendering out of screen (also maximized state, probably related to the rounding bug) etc.

At least if it used the system theme, there would be nothing to complain about (as it is the same for all programs). As a bonus, it would be possible to change the look with a custom Windows theme.
