A lot of the information you (other posters) are asking has already been covered in the Smartphone section of the forum under General Topics.  You may want to browser this area for answers.

As for what versions Avast will be developing for smartphones, we will have to wait until it is announced since it has not been released yet.

It's planned and probably already under development for Android. It will most probably be released this year but nothing solid about it yet.
