You need to uninstall Microsoft Security Essentials. You
cannot run two realtime AV apps at the same time.
No idea what kind of virus you ended up with since you
still haven't attached the log despite being repeatedly asked to do so.
As for the Java stuff, just clear the cache via Java control panel.
