Seems a bug. It's in English and it should be in Portuguese as it was already translated in early January, before even version 6 final release.

For me the Pre-release version (6.0.1021) did NOT work at all, it keeps freezing and my system hangs so gone back to (6.0.1000)

As Tech said, there's a bug, and also in the language folder WebRep:

It only has the English language folder "en-US"

I do not know, but I think it must have been an error, and they did not put the folder with the other languages.

Add another GB of RAM and you will be a much happier avast! user.
Even Vista Home Basic can take advantage of 4GB RAM.

I have just installed this version(6.0.1021). Everything runs very well.
Now the gadget works fine. Analysis's speed is higher.
Now I can print from my bank's page when I'm in the Safezone. Before, was impossible.

1* Please add the rootkit scan log so we will can see them in scan logs [someone already asked]

The logs are in the log folder:
XP –> C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\AVAST Software\Avast\log\aswAr.log
Vista/7 –>C:\ProgramData\AVAST Software\Avast\log\aswAr.log

I know where are (*log) files. But I don't know why I cannot see memory/rootkit scan in scan history/scan logs

confirming that with this build quick scan now as fast as it use to be (with 5.1 and 5.0), ie 50% faster than with the first version of 6.0.
