I can't help explain the above.

However I did notice that https://www.wachovia.com/ has two trackers on their main webpage; i.e Doubleclick and DoubleClick Spotlight whereas their parent company Wells Fargo https://www.wellsfargo.com/ has zero trackers on their main webpage.
