Bug in sandbox 6.0.1021

Hello,

if I mount an image file (iso,nrg etc) with daemon tools and i try to execute a file inside the sandbox from the virtual drive avast doesn't sandbox the process.

if i click in sandbox settings generate report file and do the same thing i get a BSOD. cand some one test this or is it just on my computer?

using windows 7 SP1 32 bits
AIS 6.0.1021

You are asking a lot at this hour of the night ;D And I am afraid that I have to disappoint you, as I don't use Daemon Tools :-\ What I can do however, is to email the Sandbox Developer. Maybe he can help you :)

Yes, Avast will need your mini-dump file to analyze the problem.  Here is additional information on how to invoke a memory dump file:  http://support.avast.com/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=71 as was already posted.

Please, zip and upload the C:\Windows\Memory.dmp file to this anonymous ftp server and name it uniquely: ftp.avast.com/incoming.  Avast will analyze it and respond back to you in this thread or to your email.
