"Run in Sandbox" Not Visible
« on: March 11, 2011, 06:14:50 PM »
Avast Pro 6.0.10 / Win7 SP1 64bit

Sandbox issue: I have turned on the option to integrate right-click context for all users in the expert settings.  However, I don't see this option when I right-click on a program from my Windows Start / Programs menu.  In version 5 there was always a right-click option that said 'run virtualized' (now called 'run in sandbox').

However, if I type the name of a program (e.g. "Firefox") in the search window of the Start menu and right-click on the results, I will get the 'run in sandbox' option.  Has this function for programs in the Start menu been removed from 6.0?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. My apologies if this has already been addressed.  I did a search but didn't find anything about this.

I only get the "run in sandbox" when I right click open the context menu in "All Programs", not from the list of recently opened programs small context menu in the Taskbar.  Is that what you are seeing?

Thanks.  That solved it.  I appreciate the pointer.
