Outlook error message when opening

I am using Avast 6.0.1000 and Microsoft Outlook 2002 SP3.  I have been getting a error message every time I open Outlook "The add in C:\ProgramFiles\Alwil Software\Avast4\Ashoutxt.dll" could not be installed or loaded.  Can anyone help me fix this error message?  I click OK, but it is rather annoying that it pops up every time Outlook is opened.

OK, I opened the link and got as far as the Registry Editor, when I click on Extensions mine shows AVAST 5 instead of AVAST 4.  So I went ahead and proceeded using same instructions and it worked for me!!   :-*
