After adding a logo...

After adding a logo all Generated Reports fail...? The pic is 16kb and the suggested dimensions. How can I remove the logo just to get the reports back?

If I understood your question correct:
Profile > Forum Profile Information > choose Personalized Picture > set it to no pic

Thank you. That worked. We also got it working with the logo in place. Just needed to reboot the server.
